The Rev. Bill Blair died in the spring of 2008 (exact date unknown). Bill survived the Battle of the Bulge, was a graduate of Andover Newton Theological School and served churches in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He continued his association with Andover Newton supervising interns. He is described by Chris Dowell as, "a strong and faithful character, a true friend..." Bill is survived by his wife, Kitts.

A memorial service for Bill will be held at the West Tisbury Congregational Church on June 14 at 2:00 pm.
