
The service, entitled United in Praise and Mission, was created by the Conference staff with contributions from local church pastors, lay leaders, and musicians. It is appropriate for use from Pentecost through the summer.
"At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit united the followers of Jesus in shared praise and mission. We hope that these worship resources will do the same for the churches of the Southern New England Conference. Come, Holy Spirit, come!" said Rev. Liz Garrigan-Byerly, Area Conference Minister for the North Central Region,

- Three different music offerings
- Liturgy that incorporates audio and visual representations of the Holy Spirit (call to worship, welcome, prayer of confession & words of assurance)
- Engaging children’s message
- Dramatic retelling of the Pentecost story for all ages
- Sermon by Rev. Darrell Goodwin, Executive Conference Minister
- Prayers of the People offered by Executive Minister for Strategic Operations. the Rev. Dr. Audrey Price, with a visual including images of local SNEUCC churches
- Lord’s Prayer prayed in various languages
- Offering, including invitation to Strengthen the Church
