Suzi Townsley, Associate Conference Minister for Innovation, Leadership and Change, will be hosting a series of online conversations this fall:

Zip Equip is designed to support church leaders by providing some of the best thinking from the organizational development and change management world. Each conversation will feature a ten minute presentation and then 30 minute open discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the concepts, develop questions, and create possible next steps within their own ministry setting. Where appropriate, short articles will be available on the subject beforehand.

Zip Equip sessions:

• Oct 2 at 3:30: Change Leadership Model (Kotter)
• Nov 6 at 3:30: A Goal-Oriented Change Model (ADKAR)
• Dec 4 at 3:30: Brainstorm by Questions

InnoJazz will be 40-minute innovation sessions to  foster creative thinking. Each session will begin with a thought prompt. Participants will be guided through a process using improv rules to discover what new
possibilities creative thinking can open up their ministries.
