Tod Bolsinger, author of Canoeing the Mountains, in his most recent books, reveals much of what today’s pastors and congregational leaders need to know to navigate the challenges of leading in a post-health-pandemic world.  His work addresses questions such as:  

• What does a transformational leader look like?   

• What does church and non-profit leadership in uncharted territory call for?  

• How can pastors and leaders prepare for the work of transformational leadership and adaptive change? 

Together We Thrive will be hosting Tod Bolsinger for an Author Talk in the Fall, which will be open to both pastors and lay leaders. Mr. Bolsinger will also lead a Together We Thrive Affinity Group for pastors/clergy during the 2021-2022 program year.
