On June 16, 2018, delegates from the Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island conferences voted overwhelmingly to form a new unified Conference. This Conference will need to be approved by General Synod in 2019, and is expected to officially launch Jan. 1, 2020.

These would be the bylaws for the new conference being formed by the CT, MA and RI conferences. The three Boards of Directors have voted to ask delegates at their Annual Meetings in June, 2018, to approve these.
