The Southern New England Conference is working with the consultants at Harvest Development Group to better understand how the Conference's mission and philanthropic efforts can more effectively support one other. 

As part of that effort, everyone with a connection to the churches of the Conference is encouraged to take a few moments to complete a brief survey, which is completely confidential. The responses will only be accessed by the team at Harvest. 

The survey is open for another week, at which time Harvest will aggregate the data and include it in a Findings Report which the Conference staff will use at their fall strategic planning retreat to shape work and programming going forward. 

Harvest Development has a mission to provide consulting and coaching to nonprofits to help them create a philanthropic community with a focus on mission-led work. It's leaders have 100 years of combined non - profit leadership experience.
