Two search committees have been formed to assist in the process of restructuring the Conference staff. One will take on the task of filling the six regional positions, while another will search for one of the three executive positions, the Executive for Missional Implementation. They were formed by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors in collaboration with the Bridge Conference Ministers.
