A number of online hearings and informational sessions will be held prior to the Southern New England Conferences Annual Meeting, to give delegates a chance to learn more about the issues that will be raised and to ask questions. There will be no hearings held at the meeting itself, being held at the DCU Center in Worcester Nov. 1 - 2.
The sessions will be hosted by board and staff members, using the Zoom online webinar platform. They will all also be recorded for viewing by those who cannot attend live.

The Massachusetts Conference budget for 2020 and beyond consists of allocating investment income to the Southern New England Conference and to upkeep of MACUCC buildings. If the proposed MACUCC bylaw revisions are accepted at this Annual Meeting, this will be the last time Annual Meeting voters are required to approve the Mass. Conference budget.
