The Bridge Conference Ministers have announced that three more current staff will continue to serve in the new staff structure.

Dr. Donique McIntosh, who joined the staff in August of 2019 as Racial Justice Team Leader, will serve as the Minister for Racial and Relational Justice Team Leader.

"Dr. Donique was hired for this ongoing position within our new Conference’s staffing structure. We are pleased and excited to have her continue in this role," said Bridge Conference Minister the Rev. Don Remick. "She has been expanding our Racial Justice resources and adapting them to this COVID-19 Pandemic and Anti-Racist moment.  She’ll be a great leader of this justice team as it evolves in the coming year."

The Rev. Dr. David Cleaver-Bartholomew has been called as the Conference's Director of Development. According to the job description: "The Director of Development communicates the Christian gospel of making God’s love and justice real by teaching a theology of stewardship in clear and persuasive ways. The position provides leadership to the Conference efforts to obtain financial and other types of support to sustain its vision. The Director of Development plans, organizes, oversees and leads events, programs and training opportunities."

Cleaver-Bartholomew joined the staff in February as the Transitional Associate Conference Minister for Stewardship and Financial Development.

In his cover letter, he writes: “I ... am very interested in this opportunity as it will enable me to continue combining my financial background with my call and commitment to promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and furthering the Kin-dom of God."

Patti Babcock will serve as the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Conference. Babcock began working for the Conference in 2012, serving for many years as the Administrative Assistant to the Conference Minister in the historic Massachusetts Conference, and then as an assistant to the Bridge Conference Ministers.

"Working for the Conference is different from most jobs, as we have to also reflect on how our work is living out the love and justice of Jesus,” she wrote in her cover letter.
