"Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Central Connecticut State University, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut with specialized training in Strategic Human Resource Management, Benefits/Compensation, Full-Cycle Recruitment, Employee/Labor Relations, Program Evaluation, Workplace Behavior/Diversity, and Organizational Training/Development. She describes herself as family-oriented, and loves spending time doing indoor/outdoor activities. She also enjoys traveling, dancing, and exploring new culinary cuisines."
