The Southern New England Conference is inviting everyone to take part in two online book groups this spring: one looking at faithful change leadership, and the other at stewardship.

Ground-Breakers Breakfast Book Group

Beginning in May, the Rev. Dr. Sarah B. Drummond will host the Ground-Breakers Breakfast Book Group, which will explore the theme of faithful change leadership through three books:

• Joining God in the Great Unraveling by Alan Roxburgh
• The Innovative Church by Scott Cormode
• Another Way: Living and Leading Change on-Purpose by Stephen Lewis, Matthew Williams, and Dori Baker

 This group will meet monthly from 7:15 AM to 8:30 AM on the second Wednesday of each month from May 11 to July 15.

Pentecost Book Study: Generosity, Stewardship and Abundance

Beginning in April, the Rev. Dr. David Cleaver-Bartholomew will host a Pentecost Book Study looking at the book: Generosity, Stewardship, and Abundance by Lovett H. Weems Jr. and Ann A. Michel.  The group is open to anyone interested in the relationship between our Christian faith, our money and finances, and our possessions.

This group will meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 PM from April 27 to June 1.
