Delegates to the Annual Meeting, to be held June 16 - 17 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, will be asked to endorse a resolution unanimously adopted by the three Boards which calls for joining together to create a new Conference. If delegates endorse that resolution, the Boards will come back to a 2018 joint Annual Meeting with a specific proposal. (More information on the resolution can be found here.)
The webinars will be no longer than 90 minutes each (depending on the level of audience participation) and will be limited to 100 participants each.
Participants can join online, in which case they will be able to see and hear the panelists and ask questions; or they can phone in to listen to the conversation. To reduce background noise, phone callers will be on mute but will be invited to email questions during the webinars. Excerpts from the webinars will be posted online for later viewing.
Information on how to join the webinar will be sent to each participant as they register.
