Conference Leaders to Host 5 Online Forums On New Conference Votes

Share
Leading up to the second Tri-Conference Annual Meeting of the Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island conferences, Conference leaders will be hosting a series of five online forums in May and June for discussion about the upcoming votes to formally create a new, unified conference.

Delegates to the Annual Meeting, to be held June 15 - 16 at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield will be asked to pass a a covenant agreement and a set of bylaws for the new conference and to elect a new Board of Directors.
(More information on the votes can be found here.)

The webinars will be no longer than 90 minutes each (depending on the level of audience participation) and will be limited to 100 participants each.

Participants can join online, in which case they will be able to see and hear the panelists and ask questions; or they can phone in to listen to the conversation. To reduce background noise, phone callers will be on mute but will be invited to email questions during the webinars.

Information on how to join the webinar will be sent to each participant as they register.
