"Since UMass offers streaming services, we thought we would take advantage of that this year to measure the level of interest," said Tiffany Vail, Associate Conference Minister for Communications. "If it proves to be popular and seems to be an effective way to connect more people with the wider church, we will look into providing it for other future events."
The extra cost of streaming the event is being covered by the Friends of the Conference, an annual appeal to pay for new and innovative programming that is outside the normal Conference budget.
