At the request of the Annual Meeting Committee, the Conference's Lay Development Council has been exploring possible ways to offer children's programming at Annual Meeting. The hope is to make it easier for parents to attend the meeting.
Although it is difficult to find a team of volunteers to provide the programming, there are commercial companies which do just this sort of thing. The programming would be secular but of high quality.
The council is conducting a survey in an attempt to determine whether parents would use such a service, if the Conference were to share the cost. Parents of young children who are considering attending the MACUCC Annual Meeting in June are invited to take that survey at:
