On Wednesday, October 23, from 6-7:30 p.m., the Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ) present the local film premiere of "Finding Courage: Addressing Harm with Restorative Justice Circles" at Temple Kerem Shalom, 659 Elm Street, Concord. All are invited.
The film is an inside look at the approach to justice in which crime victims are heard and understood, offenders take responsibility for harm, and loved ones and community members offer support.
C4RJ Executive Director Jennifer Larson Sawin and Concord Police Chief Barry Neal will lead a discussion following the premiere. Refreshments will be available for purchase. The film and discussion are free with advanced registration, but donations are gratefully accepted.
