New PEP Communities of Practice being formed

New LGBT Group looking for members & a New Multi-Staff Group accepting new members!

Are you excited about your ministry and wanting to share it with colleagues, do you have a new idea you are itching to brainstorm, do you have a situation in your congregation you want to discuss with trusted colleagues, are you hungering for a safe place to speak openly?

Over the past eleven years the Pastoral Excellence Program has seen a marked increase in the health and well-being of authorized ministers, Christian educators and newly ordained clergy who participate in a community of practice. Whether you are currently participating in a Clergy Community of Practice, a CE Community of Practice or a New Clergy Group or not, there are openings in existing groups as well as new groups forming this September. Join with colleagues to share best practices, discuss current topics in ministry, share the joys and challenges of ministry and to support one another in a confidential setting that is led by a trained facilitator. Groups meet monthly through the program year.

If you would like to explore the possibility of joining or changing groups, please contact Andrea Bellarosa – bellarosaa@macucc.org.
