A class in the Southern New England Conference's Faith Formation Leadership Program,
students will explore nuts and bolts alongside the theological foundations of organizing and implementing youth ministry programs in the local church - recruiting, nurturing, and supporting volunteers, leadership skills, and working on a church staff.

         *This class is optional for those seeking certification who do not have youth ministry in their job description.

Instructors:  Rev. Dave Stambaugh and Becky Stambaugh

Rev. Dave Stambaugh has been involved in pastoral ministry for over twenty years at churches in New Jersey, California, and Connecticut. For the last seven of those years he has served as the Associate Minister of Faith Formation at Green's Farms Church in Westport. For the next few he will be serving as the Designated Term Minister at The First Congregational Church of Essex.
Becky has been educating children and youth for over 25 years, and most recently has served in Connecticut at the First Church of Guilford, and Greens Farms Church in Westport. She continues to lead a Community of Practice and various seminars for the SNEUCC.
