Join us for this program focused on wellness.

Stress, anxiety and chaos of day-to-day life can turn our world upside down, especially during the holidays. This is the time to focus on what matters most, our relationships and our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Winnie the Pooh, and his friends help us explore struggles we all face in a manner that is real without taking ourselves too seriously. We can learn creative ways to promote well-being no matter what our age.

Tips and resources for helping children cope with stress and anxiety will be discussed. Adults can use these simple ideas to have some fun and to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health along the way.

This program is facilitated by Debbie Ringen, Minister for Health and Wellness, and will be followed by a Q&A period. If you're interested in joining us, please register at right and you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting.
