Practices for a Sustainable Ministry 

Explore the nuts and bolts of organizing and implementing faith formation programs in the local church; recruiting, nurturing, and supporting volunteers; leadership skills, and working on a church staff.

Instructor:  Karen Ziel, C.M.C.F.

Karen is a Commissioned Minister of Faith Formation, an early childhood educator, and a graduate of the School for Spirituality, currently serving the Southern New England Conference as its Minister of Faith Formation and Leadership. Karen curates and networks regularly in faith formation circles and leads workshops and training events in all aspects of faith formation.

This is a "ZOOM" only class.  Participants will get information about logistics prior to the session.
An identical session will be offered on April  24, 2021 either onsite at Hadwen Park, UCC, Worcester, MA or via ZOOM.
