Why do we have to use Whova?
Using one platform eliminates having to send out a different email to every participant with several links.  Whova is like a conference center.  You enter and all the meetings are their in separate rooms.  You do not have to worry about finding the emails with the information.  Everything is in one place.

Why is Chrome the preferred browser?
Zoom and Whova works the best on Chrome.  Zoom can become glitchy with Safari and Internet Explorer.

Do I have to download the app?
You can download the app or use the desktop version. 

• If you use the app on your phone or tablet, you will need to download the Whova app and use the annual meeting code to attend. 
• If you are you using a laptop, you will need the website link to join. 
• You will receive both of these a few days after you register
