A class in the Southern New England Conference's Faith Formation Leadership Program,
students will explore the nuts and bolts of organizing and implementing faith formation programs in the  local church - recruiting, nurturing, and supporting volunteers; leadership skills, and working on a church staff.

        *This class is optional for those seeking certification who only have youth ministry in their job description.

Instructor:  Larainne Wilson

Larainne M. Wilson, M.Ed. is the part-time Director of Faith Formation at Centre Congregational Church, UCC, in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. She works full-time as the Director of Equity and Counseling a public school district in Massachusetts. She is also a  graduate of the SNEUCC 's Faith Formation Leadership Training Program. Larainne and her wife live in Nashua, NH with their four youngest children. Their two oldest children are "grown and flown."
