Creation Care Voter Pledge
Creation Care Voter Pledge
Better environmental policies depend on getting everyone who cares about the environment to vote their values!
Make every election – local, state and national – a call for faith-based voting on the environment and justice:
#1: Become a Creation Care Voter and prioritize caring for God’s creation in how you vote. Pledge to vote your values below (individuals)
#2: Join the Congregation Climate Justice Voter Challenge by setting an ambitious goal for participation and inspiring those worshipping with you to take the Creation Care Voter Pledge. Find more information and register your congregation (for churches).
#3: Living Out the Gospel in Each and Every Election: Learn why identifying and mobilizing non-voting environmentalists into a critical mass is vital, and how you and your congregation can make this happen. This video features Nathaniel Stinnett, founder and Executive Director of the Environmental Voters Project, and several clergy serving churches in our conference. The webinar was offered at the Spring 2022 Super Saturday.
#4: Get the word out! Your witness will inspire others to make the same commitment!
