Church Management Software

Many churches use specialized software to maintain membership databases, store volunteer information and track pledging and donations. Before selecting a product, the Massachusetts Conference recommends that churches first consider who (and how many people) will need to access the information. That will help determine whether a product that is installed on computers in the church, or a web-based product, would make the most sense.

Here are two websites that can be used to research available platforms:

Capterra. This website has detailed information and user reviews on church management software available at: capterra.com/church-management-software/. This company even offers free consulting to help determine the best product for your needs, but be aware that software vendors pay Capterra when Capterra refers customers to them.
