The First Church Hartland (CT) is building a music program!
Our church music director, Rebecca Brown, with 40+ years' experience, is a composer/arranger/organist/
Our 11 committed and talented members sing in four-part harmony for a very open and appreciative congregation. We do a variety of musical styles - traditional choral anthems, spirituals, gospel, modern arrangements of old hymns and even some crossover secular music. We are not a praise band/worship team, but a vibrant choral group.
If you are within driving distance of 2 Hartland Blvd. in East Hartland, CT and are looking for a choral and church home, consider joining us this fall.
We resume rehearsals September 13th, at 7:30pm. Our most pressing need right now is for sopranos who can comfortably sing to Fs or Gs. We love the sopranos we have and need other voices to complement them! Thank you for your interest.
