     You have an energetic, magnetic personality -- you’re the kind of person that people (especially young people) follow.  Your passion for teaching Sunday School curricula is contagious.  You willingly pass along the lessons you have learned about God’s love.  Which, in turn, inspires others to do the same.  You have a solid understanding of the Bible and you can translate its truths and teachings in relatable ways.
 
     Your strong leadership skills enable you to perform the hands-on and administrative tasks associated with a growing faith formation program.  You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  You’re organized and detail-oriented. You possess patience and compassion; and you can handle difficult situations with poise and grace.
 
     We marvel at your sense of commitment to the church.  We’re crazy about your creativity.  That thing you do -- coming up with innovative ideas to make Sunday mornings meaningful and magical – gets us going every time!  We’re in awe about the fact that you’re able to adapt to changing circumstances and needs, especially in these trying times.
