Hadwen Park Congregational Church, an Open and Affirming (LGBTQ+) congregation and justice driven church in Worcester, Massachusetts, seeks a Choir Director/Music Minister to lead and grow its music program.
 
The music minister will offer their gifts to the congregation of this church through directing the senior choir and working with the Music Committee and minister to bring beauty and holiness through music in worship experiences. We seek someone that can play the piano and organ, and who can bring diverse genres of music to worship (contemporary, hymns, gospel, high church, children’s music). The music minster will bring energy to our youth by offering choirs, as is age appropriate. 

As music is central to our life together at Hadwen Park, the music minister shall participate in as much of our church life as is possible (though membership is not required); adhere to safe church policies; and uphold the theology of Hadwen Park in their word, work and witness.
