The Center for Transformational Leadership equips clergy and lay leaders, congregations and covenantal partners of the Southern New England Conference of the United Church of Christ with resources, tools and support to create a new vision and do the transformative ministry they are called to do in the local church, local community and the world.

Elisa Wilson

Program Support Associate for Transformational Leadership
 

Elisa has done administrative support work with The Salvation Army, Program Administration with King’s Chapel Early Care and Education Center in Hartford and Program Coordination with UConn. She graduated from Eastern CT State University with a B.A. in Political Science and continues to do graduate work.

She lives in Bristol, CT and enjoys skiing and hiking

Heather is a part of the Center for Transformational Leadership staff. Heather’s primary role is to direct, oversee and implement the ecumenical leadership development programs of the Together We Thrive Initiative, which is funded by the Lilly Endowment’s Thriving in Ministry grant and a grant from the E. Rhodes & Leona B. Carpenter Foundation (for Affinity Groups).

Roslynn Hooks, born and raised in Hartford, CT, spent nearly 12 years with Junior Achievement of Southwest New England as the Director of Education.  After leaving her position with Junior Achievement, she held several roles focused on event management, customer service and administrative work.   For the past 5 years, she has been employed as the Catering Coordinator for Panera Bread and will continue to hold this position part time while working for the Conference through Together We Thrive part time.
