Faith Formation Communities of Practice (FF CoP) support educators and youth ministry leaders serving in the Southern New England Conference, providing them with networking, increased awareness of UCC resources, as well as effective and best practices of faith formation and youth ministry found throughout our local churches.

Who may participate in a Faith Formation Community of Practice?
Faith formation and youth ministry leaders, both clergy and lay persons, may ask to join a FF Community of Practice in their geographical area.

How often do they meet?
Each FF Community of Practice meets according to the common schedules of its participants. Most groups meet 6 to 7 times during the program year. Contact the FF CoP facilitator in the list below to learn more.

How do I sign up?
To join a FF Community of Practice in your area, please indicate your interest by filling out this brief registration form, or by contacting Debby Kirk.  She will put you in touch with a group’s facilitator (see list below).
