As you prepare for your Thanksgiving travel, family gathering and traditions, here are some tips to stay safe:
  1. Don’t Delay, Get Vaccinated! If it has been six months since your last dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, and you are over 18 years of age, get a booster shot now!
  2. If it has been at least two months since your dose of the J & J covid vaccine: Get a booster shot of any of the three vaccines available!
  3. Get your children 5 years and older vaccinated now!
  4. According to Dr Fauci, fully vaccinated families can safely enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together.
  5. Unvaccinated people should continue to wear a mask indoors and have a negative covid test before gathering with others.
  6. If someone in your family has a weakened immune system, wear a mask to protect them and avoid large crowds before visiting in person with them. Consider getting tested.
  7. Check out the CDC Holiday Guidance Stay well!
