Friends,

We are frequently getting requests about resources for individuals and churches around skills to help transform conflict into health choices, conversations  and actions. The current political and social climate in our country and world is finding its echo in our communities and congregations. This Spring and Summer we want to offer you a unique opportunity to grow as a community in response to all this. 
It is an online program, and then some: 

• We are inviting 10 church teams (1 pastor and 2 lay members) to join together to learn the ideas and strategies from the curriculum, and, to support each other and each others churches in learning communities in bringing it home. 
• You can study the 10 online modules at your own pace.  This is a course, and you will get out of it what you put into it. It is rich with opportunities for self-reflections and with opportunities for deepening conversations.
• Periodically, we will offer some group gatherings online where everyone has a chance to ask questions, share insights and think strategies. 
• You'll also get an hour of individual coaching for each church from the instructor. 
• The program will start in June and you will have through September to complete the modules.  Its plenty of time to work around each individuals summer plans.
