A message from Kelly Gallagher, ACM for Justice and Witness, Massachusetts Conference
Greetings Ever Flowing Streams readers! It is with great joy that I announce to you that the Massachusetts Ever Flowing Streams newsletter will now be shared with our Together As One colleagues, becoming a justice and witness newsletter for the new tri-conference. From this issue onward, we will seek to let everyone know about the amazing justice work happening in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as events available to everyone. We hope this will give everyone an opportunity to learn about what is happening in our sibling states, and to get to know both staff and lay leadership in the justice and witness community across borders.
I will still be staffing Massachusetts Justice and Witness Council and welcome any questions and comments regarding justice and witness in Massachusetts (gallagherk@macucc.org). Rev. Brendan Curran (brendan@bccucc.org) serves in Rhode Island as the Vice President for Justice and Witness for the Rhode Island Conference Board of Directors and can help answer questions and engage comments regarding Rhode Island. Conference Minister Kent Siladi (kents@ctucc.org) is your contact for justice and witness questions and comments in the Connecticut Conference. TJ Harper (harpert@macucc.org) is the racial justice contact for the Massachusetts and Connecticut Conferences. Together we will serve our Together As One community as we seek to live the Love and Justice of Jesus in southern New England as the United Church of Christ! Thank you for your continued support, work for justice, and faithful witness to God’s love, justice and mercy in this hurting world! ~ KellyAuthor
