As Director of the Northeast Regional Environmental Justice Center at Silver Lake, Pam Arifian is responsible for improving Silver Lake's environmental footprint, creating educational opportunities, and to serve as a resource, collaborator, and advocate for environmental justice concerns in the New England region.,

Pam brings twelve years of professional experience in the fields of sustainability education, policy development, and community development to her role. A long-time Silver Laker, she has a real passion and commitment to environmental advocacy and Earth care.
