The now retired Executive Assistant to the Conference Minister, Cecile has a Masters Degree in Religious Studies from Hartford Seminary and is a Commissioned Minister for Conference Ministry in the United Church of Christ. Before her time with the Conference, Cecile spent 15 years in the radio industry and 20 years as a Church School Director.
